Review: THE BEDROOM EXPERIMENT by Kendall Ryan

The Bedroom Experiment by Kendall Ryan
Series: Hot Jocks, book #5.5
Genre: sports, step-sibling romance novella
Publisher: self published
Publication Date: February 11, 2020
Rating: ★★★★✰

The Bedroom Experiment is a sizzling and fun novella in the Hot Jocks series, but a complete standalone. This short story follows Morgan and his stepsister, Isla, and is told from his POV.

Now normally, I don’t particularly care for stepsibling romances. But this sexy quick read was so well written, and the fact their parents didn’t wed until both characters were much older (and they technically never lived together), it was very easy to connect with the story line. Plus, the fact it was told entirely from Morgan’s POV was just the cherry on top. I’m a sucker for having an all-access pass into a male’s thoughts and emotions. The chemistry between Morgan and Isla was undeniable and red hot!

This sweet and steamy novella is highly enjoyable and the perfect little addition to an already amazing standalone series!

4 Stars!

Synopsis:
When your stepbrother is a hot hockey stud with more notches in his bedpost than, well anyone, he’s the perfect candidate to help you gain a little bedroom experience. At least that’s my plan this V-day…

Note: This is a hot and steamy standalone novelette. Contents include: One sweet but rough-around-the-edges hockey player who’s going a little crazy. One blunt, knows-what-she-wants heroine who picks through his self-defense. No cheating. Low angst. No stress. And a sweet, melty HEA.

A short story version of this book was previously free for newsletter subscribers, but it has since been heavily rewritten and has more than doubled in length.
