Honest to God, I have never read a book like this and I’m 100% sure I’ll never read another one like this in my lifetime.
Let me start of by saying that this book has a lot of triggers and you should be careful while reading.
I know this book is not everyone’s cup of tea but I read it in one sitting, without breathing, eating or blinking. I was invested from page one and then some. I knew if I even blinked or moved I’d regret it. That being said, it was not an easy story to read. Heartbreak, pain and agony bled from the pages and there was no stopping them. I 100% knew I was setting myself up for a world of pain and I LOVED/HATED every damn minute of it.
Jase and Lo are not perfect people, far from it. They are messy, flawed and broken. I adore them with all my heart and I love that CL Matthews gave them a raw and gritty story. CL did not mince her words or thoughts while writing this story and the outcome of it was this beautiful and poetic story that hits you hard. It hits you hard and stays there because Inhale, Exhale is not an easy story to forget.
Please give this story a fair chance because stories like this need to be read far and wide. Don’t forget to hold someone’s hand while reading this. You’ll need it!
5 Stars!

Synopsis:
“I do.”
Two words woven in love.
In sickness and in health.
For better or for worse.
Til death do us part.
And death dragged us apart.
We both said those vows.
But neither of us kept them.
This is not one of those happy stories.
Life isn’t made of simple choices
and happily ever afters.
It’s a dark place.
It’s not easy.
It’s full of mistakes and lessons.
It hurts.
And in the end, those two words said in love,
are the same ones said in hate.
“You want a divorce?”
“I do.”
