Owen Shaw and his brothers lost everything due to the greed of some people. But they have a chance and restoring their memories and punish everyone responsible. He was prepared for any danger, any complication. He didn’t expect to fall for the same doctor he and his team were investigating. When his team uncovers the secret she’s hiding, Owen finds himself in a tug of war between his duties and his love.

Dr. Rebecca Walsh is hiding a terrible secret but she ran away from all that mess years ago. Now, she just wants a quiet life dedicated to her work. But she forgets all that when she meets the gorgeous Scotsman in her building elevator. She tries hard but it seems too easy to fall in love with the man. Suddenly, she finds herself in between a huge conspiracy that puts her life in danger. Then she finds out who Owen really is.

Can Owen and Becca find a way to forgive each other? Are these two lost souls destined for true love?

Y’all I didn’t think it was possible to love a bunch mercenaries more than life itself but it happened. These men might be damaged good but damn it they are amazing humans and just so full of life and hope. I LOVE, ADORE, CHERISH their dynamics and I am in awe of their loyalty towards each other. You’d think they’d be too jaded to function but these men are just looking for peace and someone to love. That shit’s beautiful! *broken sobs*

I am in LOVE with Owen. Whenever he calls Becca ‘lass’ I squeal a little cause in my head I’m hearing James McAvoy’s accent coming out of Chris Evan’s face and that is such a dreamboat scenario OH LORD. I swooned whenever he went full Dom on Becca. That was hot AF! I also just wanted to hug the man and find ways to ease his guilt about what he did.

Becca was such an easy character to like and love. I adore her even though she was a bit slow at some things but it was probably because she is too pure a human. I love her for Owen and God she was just so amazing to him. She’s such a badass and I was in awe of her drive to help people. She is basically the rockstar of neurology. A QUEEN WE STAN!!!

This series reads like a topnotch crime show with swoon worthy romance and I am in hyper love with every character. I know this is book two in what I’m sure will be an EPIC series but it feels like things are just starting to get heated. That ONE mofo is still out and about and I know he’s going to eff things up. I am super eager for what happens next.

5 Stars!

lost and found

Synopsis:
Owen Shaw and his “brothers” lost everything, their entire existence erased. Science had robbed he and all the Lost Boys of their memories and their past, but not their future. Hunted by every intelligence agency in the world, they are focused on two goals: find a cure for what was done to them and ensure that the technology that ruined their lives doesn’t get out into the world. Rebecca Walsh might be the key to achieving both. Owen has been studying her closely, living in her building, and he cannot resolve how such a beautiful, giving woman could have helped design the evil process that destroyed his past.

Dr. Rebecca Walsh has dedicated her life to researching the secrets of the mind. Her atmospheric rise in her field was fueled by the horror of watching her mother’s agonizing journey into madness at the hands of a disease with no cure. She vowed to never rest until she finds it. But obsession takes a heavy toll, and when Owen moves into her building she realizes how much of her life she has missed out on. Owen opens her eyes to a whole new world, filled with joy, laughter, and possibly love.

Owen and Rebecca grow closer, unraveling more about each other and the mysteries surrounding her connection to Hope McDonald. As the sinister forces working against the Lost Boys descend on Toronto, secrets long buried are uncovered that could shatter the bonds holding the Lost Boys together and cost Rebecca her life.
