The Doctor by Nikki Sloane
Series: Nashville Neighborhood, book 1
 forbidden romance

Publisher: Shady Creek Publishing
Publication Date: August 29, 2018
Rating: ★★★★✰

As a first time Nikki Sloane reader I didn’t know what to expect and boy oh boy was I in for a delicious surprise.

Cassidy is 100% done with her boyfriend. He is inconsiderate, drifting apart and most of all he can’t seem to take a hint no matter how many times she breaks up with him. Then there’s Dr. Lowe. Smart, handsome, so absolutely sexy, it makes her teeth hurt. The only problem? He is her ex’s father.

Despite the age difference and the “wrongness” of their relationship but Greg and Cassidy seem to have stopped caring and just giving in to the smoldering passion they feel for each other. But actions have consequences. And theirs could affect her best friend and his son.

Nothing ever comes easy. Specially not forbidden love.

Gawd I can’t believe this book is real. I was up till 4am reading no OBSESSING over Greg and Cassidy. Those two were so hot for each other I could actually feel the intensity. They were also so damn sweet together, it made my teeth hurt. And I loved every part of it. SO MUCH!

Their relationship wasn’t exciting just because of the taboo factor. It was exciting because it was probably the realest thing both of them had ever experienced. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this story made me feel because each and every aspect of it was beautiful.

I adore Greg and 10/10 I would always call him Dr. Daddy.

4 Stars!

the doctor

For years, he was a part of my life. I watched him rush to the hospital countless times, his beautiful surgeon hands racing to save lives.

After all this time, I can’t escape the truth.

I want Dr. Lowe.

Lust chokes each moment we’re together. He promises to fulfill my fantasies—every dirty, naughty desire we can dream up.

Only, I can’t have him.

He’s confident. Experienced. Seductive.

And he’s my ex-boyfriend’s father.
