Sabrina’s life has come to a deadly halt. After having spent months undercover trying to expose a prominent criminal family and having to deal with said criminals after her life, Sabrina ran away to her bffs place in Montana. For the safety of her friends and family, she has to stay hidden in an outpost and deal with her new life that’s full of isolation.
The only respite for her is the man who has decided to help her through this ordeal, Beau. She is instantly attracted towards him, his charm and the fact that he is quite possibly the nicest guy on this planet.
But starting anything with Beau would mean pain for both him and her. Beau loves the peaceful and calm life of Montana while Sabrina likes the fast paced city. Two very different people brought together by fate but can they ever be the right match for each other?
I absolutely adore this series. With every book, I fall more and more in love with Montana and these amazingly pure characters that reside there. I love the fact that the men are absolute alphas yet they respect and treat their women like equals. I am so proud of the fact that I get to read stories about strong women who are gorgeous role models.
This story had me so invested. I was lowkey hyperventilating thinking the mafia was going to be at Sabrina’s door ANYDAY. It was such a thrilling ride.
I have so much respect for Sabrina who was ready to give up her entire life just so she could expose dangerous criminals and hence save lives. I am in awe of her selflessness.
Beau!!! Oh my dear Goliath. This man was so swoon – worthy, y’all. My heart was pounded whenever he got growly and protective for Sabrina.
I’ll just be sitting here re-reading this series till the next book is out.

Trapped in his tiny mountain cabin, she didn’t expect to fall for his big heart.
Exposing a prominent criminal family with an investigative news report didn’t exactly work out the way Sabrina had hoped. Instead of basking in the glory of her article’s success, she’s on the run from a powerful man who wants her dead. To stay safe, she’s forced to trade one bad situation for another. Stuck in the Montana wilderness, she’s secluded from anything resembling civilization or the modern-day world. The only good thing about her situation is the gorgeous mountain man assigned to protect her. Too bad he isn’t the slightest bit interested in a city girl like her.
Beau likes his life quiet and simple. Give him a peaceful day hiking in the woods with his dog, and he’s a happy man. He has no use for large crowds, noisy cities or dramatic women. So when a hotshot reporter rolls into town, dragging her big-time problems with her, he should have run for the hills. Instead, he volunteered to keep her safe. Bringing her into his world won’t be easy, but if he can convince her that Montana isn’t as terrifying as she believes, they might just be the perfect match.
