Steamy, naughty, and wickedly hilarious!
Let’s get to the obvious….that title. I mean come on, just the title alone says it all! And that cover…goodness gracious, it adds copious amounts of sex appeal that the title didn’t bring. Add in the fact this book is written by Laurelin Paige & Sierra Simone….yeah, insta-must read!
Hot Cop was a complete surprise for me! I’ll be honest, I had no clue what the book was about until I actually started reading it, besides it featuring a hot cop. (See reasons above as to why.) All I knew was that I could not wait to read it!
So of course I was thrilled to be absolutely smitten with Chase immediately. His charisma, drop dead good looks, and overall goodness made him irresistible! And Livia was a refreshing character to match. Caring, beautiful, and responsible, she had an inner feistiness that only Chase could uncover. And oh boy, did he manage to uncover her a lot! The dynamic between Chase and Livia sizzled with attraction right from the start. It seemed destined that they found each other; Chase being “Officer Good Times” and Livia having sworn off all men. Their chemistry was undeniably hot and erotic. But it’s their emotional connection together that truly made me swoon HARD, for BOTH of them. And with their impending end date looming, you can only hope that Chase and Livia will see their relationship for what it really was, and not for what they originally intended it to be.
These two authors are a force to be reckoned with. They’re each fierce and passionate writers by themselves. So when they come together and co-write a book, the results are beyond phenomenal! If you’ve read and loved P*rn Star, then Hot Cop should be a no-brainer for you. And in my opinion, it’s even better!
